Unconditional respect for the uniqueness of both yourself and all the rest of the people. Awareness gives me greater freedom, confidence that I am not alone, and the belief that every situation is given to understand what I have brought. It also gives clarity as to why both situations are happening.

You start to see your thoughts, emotions, reactions from the side and not identify with them. I no longer allow mind manipulations to control me, but I live from the heart and feelings.

There comes self-understanding and cognition, and an understanding of my place in the world.
